This Privacy Policy explains how All Ball (“All Ball”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use allballgames.com and our related apps and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We keep the data we collect to what we need to run the games and your account.

• Account information. You sign in with a third-party provider (Google, Facebook, or X). We receive basic profile details from that provider, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We do not receive or store your provider password.
• Profile you create. Your chosen username, display name, avatar, and any friends you add on the Service.
• Gameplay data. Your puzzle results, scores, completion times, streaks, and rankings, so we can build leaderboards and track your progress.
• Billing data. If you buy Premium, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status but never your full card number.
• Usage and device data. Basic analytics such as pages viewed and general device or browser information, used to keep the Service reliable and improve it.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To run the daily games, record results, and rank you on leaderboards.
• To let you compete with and see the rankings of friends.
• To process Premium subscriptions and provide the Archive and custom games.
• To operate, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account or important service changes.

Information you make public

Some information is public by design. Your username, avatar, and results may appear on public leaderboards and on your public profile page. Please do not use a username or avatar you would not want others to see.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers who help us run the Service, such as Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and our hosting and analytics providers.
• Other players, limited to the public profile and leaderboard information described above.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of All Ball and its users.

Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we use the basic profile information Google provides (name, email address, and profile picture) only to create and operate your All Ball account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep some records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights and choices

You can view and update much of your profile in your account settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and significant changes may be highlighted in the Service.
