Terms of Service

Welcome to All Ball. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and All Ball (“we”, “us”) governing your use of allballgames.com and our related apps and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You sign in through a third-party provider (Google, Facebook, or X). You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Choose a username and avatar that are appropriate for a public audience, since they appear on public profiles and leaderboards. We may reclaim or change usernames that are impersonating, offensive, or infringing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, or otherwise manipulate scores, streaks, or leaderboards.
• Access the Service or its data through automated means except as we permit.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as allowed by law.

We rely on the integrity of results to keep leaderboards fair. We may invalidate scores, reset streaks, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Premium subscriptions

Today’s daily games are free. All Ball Premium unlocks the Archive, custom game modes, and sending custom games to friends. Premium costs $5 per month or $30 per year, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change, and we will give notice of changes before they apply to you.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its games, design, text, and logos, is owned by All Ball and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may share puzzle links and your own result cards, but you may not otherwise copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content.

Availability and changes

We release a new game each day, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or discontinue features, games, or the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Ball will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other players.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
